Computer Literate

Drivers License

Experience as a laser cutter operator or bender

Able to perform well under pressure

Willing and able to work irregular and long hours if required

Operate the laser / bending machine

Ensure machine is operating at optimal efficiency

Ensure that housekeeping is maintained around the machine

Do the servicing of the machine every Tuesday and Thursday

Responsible for ensuring that the correct sheet metal (parts) is used according to the specifications of the drawing

Responsible for making sure that the correct parts and quantity are used

Be able to use basic measuring devices (Vernier caliper, measuring tape, gauge, protractor)

Ensure the parts are offloaded from laser or pre packed before current job finishes
