Our client requires the service of a Learner Programme Developer to design and develop blended learning solutions in line with the company’s strategies & standards

Key Performance Areas:

? Analyse Training Needs
? Instructional Design / Storyboarding
? Learning Programme Development, Maintenance and Continuous improvement
? Stakeholder Engagement and Support
? Quality Assurance


The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a HR or other relevant degree
? ETDP qualification or HR Honuors degree will be advantageous
? 3-5 years experience in Curriculum and programme design
? 3-5 years experience in implementing learning solutions
? 2 years experience in developing e-learning courses
? Knowledge and experience in E-learning, Articulate, SPP, Competency development and Curricula design
? Knowledge of SAQA and SETA qualification changes, requirements and trends
? Knowledge of Adult learning principles and educational theories and Outcomes-based learning
? Knowledge of QCTO standards and ADDIE
? Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English
? Relationship management negotiation & influencing skills
? Excellent computer literacy – Experience in SAP would be advantageous
? Planning and organising skills – prioritizes and plans work activities; sets goals and objectives
? Displays sound judgment and decision-making ability
? Problem solving skills
