A leading skincare brand needs a Speciality Retail Leasing Manager to join their great team.
The Key role will be to secure speciality retail spaces in major malls & airports for their fantastic brand!

You NEED to be: Tenacious, Persistent and Unrelenting!

Some responsibilities will include:
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with the leasing managers at our target shopping malls, airports etc.
• Negotiate terms and lead to signing lease agreements
• Leverage these relationships to maximize revenue opportunities for our brand

Essential requirements:
- Solid Experience as leasing/specialty leasing manager of a shopping mall or leasing manager for a retail/wholesale company – BIG Bonus!
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills – Additional languages advantageous
- Professional and well groomed appearance
- Valid driver’s license, with reliable vehicle
- Strong Customer service background with excellent networking skills
- Personality Traits needed: Entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, Dedicated, Motivated and high level of personal integrity
