Required Experience and Skills:

Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification
5-10 years experience as a Maintenance Manager within clothing industry
Must have lead a business function or have managed a maintenance team
Team orientated
Good communication skills

Manage the maintenance of specified machinery, building and utilities and related and related equipment in a cost-effective manner in line with
EHS parameters and local legislation.
Responsible for planning service and repairs of specified machines
Provide proper technical conditions of energy systems, machines and equipment
Coaching subordinates skills development
Co-ordinates and supervises Security Services in the plant
Administration of energy systems and machine spare parts
