• Grade 12
• BCom Tertiary Qualification preferably Business qualification
• Computer Literate
• Driver's License
• Experience within the livestock vessel industry
• Financial and numeracy skills with focus on budgets, interpretation and analysis of income statements, cost management etc
• Marketing skills complemented by proven experience in negotiation, conflict management and identification of business opportunities
• 5+ years management experience at a senior level
• Strategic contribution to development of business
