Established company in electrical manufacturing is looking for a Foreman with related experience and a natural ability to manage personnel and the manufacturing required from his/her team.

This person must be an independent worker with proven abilities of problem solving and working according to deadlines.

Duties:

The Foreman will assign duties and is responsible for monitoring the progress of a project and keeping it on track from a time and budgetary standpoint
He/ she must ensure employees are working in line with and focused on delivering quality work within timelines
The candidate must manage all personnel in manufacturing. He/ she may also issue reports and progress updates. The candidate needs to ensure safe working conditions and compliance with all safe operating procedures within the industry

Qualifications and Experience:

Related experience is more important than formal education BUT a relevant qualification and experience will definitely be and advantage
Education or training related to business management or to the field in question, such as electrical or maybe even construction management, can also be beneficial.
In addition to experience and education, other skills necessary for the job include good communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, time and budget management and team-building abilities
