Mechanical Engineer

Salary Expectancy to be between: R1,000,000.00 – R1,300,000.00 per annum
Based in the Northern Cape, Kathu (Khumani)

Please note the following minimum essential requirements:

• Diploma (NQF level 6) in Engineering
• Degree (NQF level 7) in Engineering
• GCC Certificate (Mines & Works)
• Post Graduate qualification in MBA, MBL, MDP or ARM Management / Leadership equivalent
• Total of 8 years operational engineering and production experience within a mining and plant environment
• A minimum of 2 years management experience with GCC in an earthmoving equipment environment (Open Cast Mining)
• At least Code B/EB driver’s license
• Only RSA Citizens

Job Intent
To manage and coordinate all the engineering activities as per assigned section / plant and ensure that the legal responsibility as required by statutory requirements are adhered to.
