You will be responsible for:
 
A leading manufacturing company in CT is looking for a Development Technician to join their Engineering team.
 
 Qualifications:
 
National Diploma in Mech Engineering or N6 AND Toolmaker or Fitting and Turning.
3 -5 years minimum experience in Precision Mechanical Engineering environment.
Valid driving license code 08
Live in Cape Town
Valid SA ID
 
Job Specification
Technical knowledge of machinery, equipment and materials
Experience and knowledge of CNC Machines, Edge Cam and Solid Edge .
Effective interpersonal relationships
Ability to work under pressure
Fully computer literate (MS Word & Excel)
Knowledge of safety regulations. (Safety conscious at all times)
 
Job Responsibilities:
Manufacture parts of technical drawings
Analysing and interpret technical drawings
Ensure compliance with workmanship and customer requirements
Assisting the Engineers with the development and manufacturing process.
