Leading Technical Manufacturer based in Germiston is seeking to employ a Qualified Millwright with 2 - 3 years post qualification experience to join their team.

Relevant qualification
Must be Trade Tested
FMCG industry experience an advantage
PLC experience essential (either fault find or programming)

• Conducts welding as per the requirement of the job.
• Planning of preventative maintenance.
• Planning of spares availability.
• Performing jobs in a safe manner as per procedures.
• Daily checks on compressors.
• Ensuring that records are maintained off all the jobs performed on a daily basis.
• Periodical inspection of cutting torches, pressure gauges, welding machines, welding machine cables and gas hoses.
• Maintaining good housekeeping in the workshop and on equipment
• Ensuring that there are proper safety guards around the equipment.
• Ensuring confidentiality of company policies.
• Keeping records of all the equipment in the plant.
• Available for call out after hours for breakdown purposes.
• Will be required to perform other duties at the discretion of Management.
