International company seeking experienced Millwright

Experience:

- Strong Electrical
- Strong Robotics (Kuka/ Fanuc/ Motoman/Gaiotto Robots)
- Strong Instrumentation

SKILLS, STRENGTHS and/or EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS.

1. Be in apposition of a Millwright or similar qualification
2. Highest qualification N4 – N6
3. Automotive background with paint shop experience will be an added advantage.
4. SAP Knowledge
5. Wireman’s licenses will be an added advantage
6. 6 to 10 years post trade test qualification experience
7. Being able to communicate effectively and have good interpersonal skills
8. Good planning and Organizational Skills
9. Have a hands-on approach and pride in work performed
10. Confidence, self-managed and Disciplined
11. Understanding of cost controls (Budgeting)
12. Work without supervision
13. Have a positive attitude, willing to work long hours and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS.

? Housekeeping(5S Practices) and Health & Safety
? Ensure that product quality meets required standard by creating stable process and improving machine capability
? Involvement and leadership in problem solving and continuous improvement of equipment’s, process, material and people
? Omron or/and Siemens S5/S7 PLC programming and fault finding.
? Robotic experience: Maintenance, programming and fault finding.
? Scada experience: Fault finding, designing and programing will be an added advantage
? Skills transfer and training of process controllers and apprentices
? Do preventative and planned maintenance program, PRAGMA.
? Purchasing and financial controls on all consumables materials necessary to ensure product quality and equipment’s availability
? Create an environment of trust, open communication and creative thinking
