A national, established and corporate company is looking for someone to join their HR team.
While this is a manufacturing concern, this is a corporate environment and we are looking for high caliber individuals to take responsibility for the administration of the monthly and bi-weekly payroll, benefits administration and related payroll and HR administration duties.

Job requirements:

• Diploma in Payroll administration
• 5 Experience in Payroll administration
• 3 Experience in HR administration
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans
• Literacy and numerical abilities to ensure that the payroll calculations are correct
• Experience in navigating and utilising VIP is beneficial
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word (minimum Intermediate)

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient administration of the monthly and bi-weekly payroll
• Ensure that all HR and finance related information and documentation is obtained eg. petrol card logs, commissions, travel claims, expense claims, time sheets, leave forms etc.
• Log company assets on VIP
• HR administration relating to employees records (UIF, leave, attendance registers, IRP5’s etc.)
• Prepare new employee contracts
• Maintenance of UIF records
• VIP administration (reports, software updates, UIF submission)
• Garnishee administration
• Provident fund administration
• Medical aid/s administration
• Assist with compiling B-BBEE information
• Manage telecoms accounts and billing queries
• Vehicle administration and record keeping
• Maintaining the asset register for the vehicles and computer equipment
