National Sales and Marketing Manager
Endoscopy (Gastroenterology)

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsible for the Management of the Sales of products for Endoscopy and Surgical portfolio.
• Managing Product Specialists and Sales Representatives on a National basis
• Training Product Specialists and Sales Representatives in sales and product;
• Attending key appointments with Sales Representatives with existing and potential customers.
• Driving Sales and Achieving Budget.
• Assisting Sales Representatives to network with and develop relationships with new customers and to manage existing customers.
• General Administration associated with the position including ordering of stock, and management of consignment stock.
• Overseeing the sales of the relevant products, including the maintenance of existing customers and expanding sales within the assigned territories.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Previous Management experience and Medical Background is a requirement.
Experience and existing relationships with Gastroenterologists and Surgeons is required.
Clinical and Product Knowledge will be a definite advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A relevant degree is a minimum requirement. Any medical qualifications would be a definite advantage.
