Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification - Honours Degree in HR / Industrial Psychology
Registered psychometrist (Independent Practice) / Registered Industrial Psychologist preferred
Must have at least 3 years Organisastional Development gained within Insurance /Financial services environment
