Office Receptionist / Office Administrator – Century City Cape Town

Our client, a professional financial services company in century city cape town is looking for a receptionist / office administrator to join their group.

The Receptionist would be responsible for general administration as well as answering the switchboard. Receiving Clients and assisting with refreshments.

Salary R 7500 – R 8000 pm

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Good interpersonal skills
Switchboard experience

Duties:

Answering and transferring calls
Assisting with seating clients and arranging refreshments
Booking Meetings and taking messages
Collaborate with the management team in the execution of organizational tasks
Assisting with data capturing
General office admin duties
