Min Requirements
Matric
3 year completed qualification Administration – (NQF 6) or equivalent
3 years relevant experience

Duties NOT limited to
Provide professional minute taking services meetings
Take effective and accurate minutes during Board and Sub-committee meetings.
Ensure that correct documents are available to all relevant members of the Board and sub-committee members.
Provide secretariat and administrative services
Maintain effective filing and documents management system
Circulate material to Board members and stakeholders as per contact list.
Manage communication to facilitate flow of information/documents relating to Board decisions
Follow-up on procedural arrangements emanating from Board meetings
Use initiative in organising the broader office environment proactively to facilitate throughput and effectiveness
Implement and maintain appropriate administration and tracking systems.
