Responsibilities include inter alia:
• Procurement, vendor management and creditors
• Sales invoicing and debtors and collection
• Switchboard and reception
• Payroll functions, timesheets consolidation and submission
• Weekly management report
• Monthly creditors K2’s processing
• Cash flow review
• Office consumables

Prerequisites:
• Accounting administration and capturing experience
• Switchboard experience
• Reception experience
• General office administration experience
• Computer literacy
• Basic Accounting knowledge
• Filing systems
• ERP and accounting systems
• Matric
• Presentable
• Good communicator
• Friendly Outgoing personality
• Numerical accuracy
• Neat and orderly
• Able to work under pressure, achieve deadlines
