Our client in the retail industry requires the services of an Office Administrator
Key performance areas:
? Basic finance duties i.e. banking and payment administration & assisting with invoicing and payables
? Assist with procurement administration
? Ensure that office processes and procedures are in place
? Office diary management and travel management
? Assist in maintaining HR function (Employee records & payroll matters)
? Assist in maintaining and monitoring website and related communication
? Execute general duties and request
The successful candidate must have:
? Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification
? 2 - 3 years relevant experience
? Excellent computer literacy (MS Office - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
? Excellent verbal & written communication skills
? Must be highly organized with accuracy and attention to detail
? Must be service orientated
? Must have good problem solving abilities
? Retail experience will be advantageous
? Must be able to work independently
