Bright, vibrant and confident Office Administrator required for a dynamic company, with lovely offices, based in Northern Suburbs. Your main purpose will be to represent the company and act as first point of contact dealing with any enquiries and providing administrative support to the office.
A Matric together with 2 years office admin experience in a corporate environment complimented by your professional demeanour & well-groomed presentation will ensure that you as the face of the company manage the reception area, type documentation, handle courier arrangements, manages filing systems & juggle a multitude of administrative responsibilities.
You are a resourceful professional who loves to combine the routine with the unexpected while delivering great customer service.

Requirements:
Post matric qualification and experience in office administration
Relevant Secretarial/Office Management qualification
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license

Remuneration: R8000 (plus benefits after successful completion of the probation period)
