Your key accountabilities will include, although not limited to:
• Provide general office administration & support to the Head Office
• Manage inventory of all head office consumables
• Confidential file management
• Maintain accurate Company records
• Manage petty cash funds & employee records
• Daily banking
• Internal mail distribution daily
• Managing service history of all company vehicles including accurately recording mileage monthly
• Maintaining all Property registers for insurance purposes
