The responsibilities outlined below are indicative and are subject to change;
Ensuring compliance to all brand standards
Ensuring compliance to health and safety requirement
Liase with customers
Training staff on brand compliance
Drafting staff rosters
Cash up
Stock taking and place orders,
Receiving/issuing stock,
Oversee compliance to merchandising principles
Manage expired stock and returns
Maintenance of store plan and in-store promotions
General administrative tasks
Skills: Attention to detail, organisational and time management skills. Customer orientated and flexible.
Qualification : Minimum Grade 12 and a certificate in Retail Management/ Bookkeeping would be an advantage
Experience: 2-3 years relevant retail experience.
