Job Description:

* You will be managing the company’s Philippines data operation and will be responsible for its targets and smooth running. As a Data and Operations Exec, you will be reporting to the Head of Data (London) but will have room to express any changes and ideas that you feel will benefit the team.
* Making sure the data team knows which Industries and Countries need to be targeted and keeping up with regular updates from the team.
* Using the CRM to monitor the number of leads being put into queues and adjusting when necessary.
* Monitoring the productivity of the data team.
* Sourcing leads within the CRM.
* Managing the recruitment of the data team.
* Identifying key areas for improvement in the data process.
* KPI reporting.

Requirements:

* Experience managing a remote team.
* Passion for teaching, developing and growing the people who work for you.
* CRM experience.
* You must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.
* Great with numbers.
* Your computer literacy will be high, a lot of tasks will involve you figuring things out on your own and being proactive.
* Great organisation skills.
* Great communication skills.
* You should not be based more than an hour’s commute from the company’s Stellenbosch office.
* Must be fluent in English.
* Team player with a strong sense of ownership and “get things done” attitude.
