ASSISTANT OPERATIONS CONTROLLER
TO PRODUCTION & OPERATIONS MANAGER - PLETTENBERG BAY

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE & RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED;
•Responsibilities at a Manufacturing Firm
Plan, Co-ordinate & Monitor ; Daily production, Quality Control, Human Resources, Staff Discipline, Logistics, Factory Shop
•Qualification/Experience
Matric is essential plus relevant qualification an advantage.
Minimum 2yrs experience running a production facility (manufacturing facility, bakery or food production factory).
Must be fluent in English (Read, Speak and Write)
Knowledge of Pastel Partner/ Evolution, Excel & Outlook
•Personal Attributes
Able to work under pressure and multitask
HR experience essential (Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity and Occupational Health and Safety)
Very high energy levels and be able to work on production floor and well organised
Able to work and perform all tasks without constant supervision
Must be willing to relocate to Plett or live in close surrounds.

Salary negotiable depending on experience
Monday to Friday (overtime occasionally)
Must have their own car and license
