SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

An exciting opportunity exists within the PG glass network for an Operations Graduate to gain an in-depth knowledge of operations under the Operations Manager.

Focus areas within Operations at PG Glass

• Conducting regular quality control checks and audits in the service centres,
• Manage the ongoing brand awareness by doing regular visits and audits.
• Advise in dispute resolution.
• Manage the relationship with business partners.
• Ensure the achievement of service levels through achievement of the customer satisfaction index.
• Ensure effective management of all aspects of human resources.
• Undertake ad hoc projects as required by the business.
• Ensure adherence to all the managerial statutory requirements, i.e OHSA, LRA and BCEA.
• Ensure compliance to all marketing and advertising initiatives.
• Maintain high levels of communication between all stakeholders.
• Support the network with ongoing business and people development, including EE, BEE, and BBBEE initiatives.
• Accountable for the network business plan development and budgets.
• Ensure continuous improvement in all operational benchmarks and provide support to the network to ensure KPI are met.
