PHARMACEUTICAL MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY

Leading pharmaceutical manufacturer seeks suitably qualified / experienced Operations Manager for their Bottling Division to join their dynamic team.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

10 years experience gained with in a Bottling Manufacturing environment
• 10 years min gained within a Production Environment
• 5 years experience with injection blow Moulding
• Experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment highly desirable
• Budgets and Financial management
• Above average understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Experience of people management
• Proven track record for problem solving


KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPA’s)

• Manage bottling processes
• Adhere to strategic processes, policies and procedures of the department
• Manage SOP’s policies as well as GMP,ISO,HACCP, BRC ,IPW etc.
• Ensure governance/audit/risk standards compliance
• Maintain cost centre budgets
• Maintain Capex & Extra-ordinary budgets
• Ensure weekly production reports are completed
• Identify deviations
• Liaise with Team leaders and QC Manager
• Monitor quality
• Identify prospective suppliers
• Ensure continuous improvement of production efficiencies
• Effective scheduling of production lines
