Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and direct Operations
• Deliver on leadership and management of Operations
• Handle stakeholder and management engagements
• Manage and oversee Omnichannel retail operations
• Supply chain
• Customer Service and Customer Experience
• eCommerce Platform and Supporting Systems

Knowledge:
• Up to date retail ecommerce industry knowledge
• Solid understanding of budgeting and financial forecasting principles
• Use of big data to optimise eCommerce operations
• Strong knowledge of global eCommerce industry and emerging trends

Skills:
• Supply chain management skills (B2B , B2C, C2B)
• Strategic, tactical and operational skills in eCommerce
• Results driven
• Demonstrate customer centric thinking and skills
• Ability to track competition trends, new solutions and scouting of new potential partners/ solutions
• Project management skills
• Identify and drive continual process improvements
• Manage 3rd parties (e.g. 3PL and 4PL service providers)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organized, self-starter and able to multi-task & work well under pressure
• Solid interpersonal communication skills
• Strong ability to understand concepts and manage complexity
• Management and oversight of ecommerce platform and supporting operational systems
• Microsoft Office, Microsoft Viso, Microsoft Project

Experience:
• 8-12 years relevant operations senior management experience
• Minimum 4 years supply chain management experience
• eCommerce operations management experience
• Leading multiple teams in a retail operation
• Setting-up and leading an Operations Team
• Experience in distribution of consumer goods for an ecommerce retail company
• Strong e-commerce background with a mind oriented to Customer, Logistics and results

Qualifications/ Courses:
• Business Social Science / Commerce degree in supply chain and operations management (Preferred)
• Courses in logistics / supply chain management, project management, customer support
