This exciting yet challenging opportunity will suit a candidate with more than 10 years of experience in a Similar positions, with a completed degree or Diploma in Engineer or an MBA. Experience in managing a full operations factory including planning, leading, organising and controlling of manufacturing process including strategy implementation and ensuring high level performance will secure.

Key duties ( not limited )
• Managing +-6 Manager (excluding team/subordinates) end results
• Ensuring profitability and budgets are adhered too
• Strategies planning and Implement thereof
• Operations strategic plans – reporting/approving by the Board of Directors
• Capital expenditures
• Production planning are executed
• Implements OHSA, ISO 9000 & ISO 18000 standards
• Keep abreast of developments both in the local and international markets to ensure that the products of the company are competitive and address market needs
• Implements human resource policies and procedures
• SHEQ implementation

Essential for this role : Operations Management experience; strong business acumen; QA, Engineering and production as well as people management skills essential.
