Responsible for two Wadeville sites
Comprehensive production and maintenance functions and support across two sites.
Ensure production efficiency and scrap targets are met as per the standard.
Ensure all production targets relating to machine efficiencies, utilisation and scrap percentages are attained.
Accurate and timeous reporting of figures.
Production and capacity planning on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
Ensure product quality conformance.
Responsible for safety compliance on site, GMR 2.1 appointee.
Assess skills development and training needs.
Initiate and implements improvement projects.
Comprehensive asset care and capital justification.
Project management and implementation.
Maintain ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 accreditation.
Identify & investigate innovation & develop carpex projects.
Be aware of and apply all Company policies and procedures
Qualified Engineer – BSC Degree, BSC Honours Engineering, Production Management Diploma
Factory Management experience essential
Experience in the Plastics industry or FMCG advantageous
GCC government ticket advantageous
8 years extensive Production and Maintenance Management experience within the manufacturing industry with exposure to Financial Management
