Operations Manager is required for a Furniture Manufacturing Factory based in Berlin near King Williams Town,Eastern Cape.Must have a good understanding of Manufacturing and Suppliers.
Monitor workers on line during production to ensure adherence to safety procedure's and ethics. Evaluate equipment for safety and functionality.
Quality check end product to ensure quality standards are met.
Motivate workers to enhance production quality and to maintain high production standards.
Develop production schedule for the execution of projects in a timely manner.
Ensure that work materials and equipment are present when needed ln production line.
Monitor the quality of employees work to meet company guideline. Managing work unit performance to achieve targets. Ordering of supplies, parts and ensure that there is sufficient inventory on hand. ISO 9001 - gathering, analysing and capturing production information on completion of each tank. Practical knowledge of the code of conduct to ensure ethical behaviour.
Production flow line and floor industrial relations.
Must be able to perform well under pressure .
