Description

Direct and coordinate the operations within the company and improve the performance, productivity, growth, efficiency and profitability of departmental and company operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies within the company and also identify varied resources needed to achieve business goal furthermore be responsible for the development and implementation of all marketing programs.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Planning, organising, leading and controlling the service delivery process, to ensure the efficient operation of the company and service excellence by leading and directing the company operations team in order to meet sales, profit and compliance targets, leading to a competitive advantage and superior service quality.

OBJECTIVES

i. Ensure the achievement of the company's financial performance by driving and maximising sales, tracking daily targets, weekly and monthly sales plans and proactively taking appropriate action as required.
ii. Ensure that employees are competent and motivated through effective selection, leadership, management and on-going development in order to build capacity and capability to meet current and future business needs
iii. Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountability. Establish work schedules.
iv. Drive a high performing business culture that delivers employee affiliation, customer satisfaction and shareholder value.
v. Willingness to travel (within and outside the country)
vi. Work closely with marketing team to develop, implement, and manage marketing and call campaign programs to increase sales and brand awareness through all available channels.

Essential: Grade 12 (Maths 50% and English 50%)
Essential: B. Degree or Diploma in business management / business administration / finance management
2-4 years Experience in marketing OR and management
