ORDER COORDINATOR – Paarl
Salary: R15 000 p.m.

An International Wine Company requires the service of an ORDER COORDINATOR, at their plant in Paarl, Western Cape. The successful incumbent must have 3 – 5 years’ experience in an order management environment. Grade 12 plus a B.degree in Logistics/Administration is essential. The successful incumbent must be very computer literate in SAP modules, excellent administrator and effective communicator. A clear understanding or relevant market information, sound interpersonal relationships, must be customer orientated, have good planning, controlling and time management skills. Must apply good attention to detail and be accurate in executing duties/tasks. Ability to function in a team environment, be assertive, results-driven and be capable to perform under pressure.

KEY REPSONSIBILITIES:
- Customer communication regarding updates on loading and shipment details
- Liaising with relevant internal stakeholders to follow up on status of orders
- Forwarding the relevant documentation to customers with in the agreed upon timelines
- Documentation:
- Processing of documentation as per customer specific requirements
- Processing of export certificates, customs documentation, relevant certificates, bills of lading and packaging list
- Liaising with freight forwarders
- Handling of customer complaints relating to the loading of order and documentation
