Position: ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PRACTITIONER

Area of specialization:

To improve employee satisfaction and organisational performance through development of HR Practitioners as well as providing a consulting service in terms of organizational development processes

Department: ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Business Unit: HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT

Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):
• Relevant B degree or B-Tech (Human Resources management/Industrial Psychology)
• SAP experience and working knowledge will be an added advantage
• Registered with accredited HR professional bodies e.g. SABPP/HPCSA etc.

Experience:

• 3 Years’ related experience

Skills:
• Sound interpersonal and relational skills
• Planning and organising skills
• Report writing skills
• Analysing skills

Attributes:
• Proven track record for change initiatives

Knowledge:
• MS Office (Advance excel, MS Word, Power point and MS Projects
• SAP
• Different change models and application thereof
