Experienced P/A & Administrator needed for International Real Estate Company in Camps Bay
We invite all experienced, presentable and driven Personal Assistants and Administrators to apply for the position of Personal Assistant
The following minimum requirements apply :
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a PA position
• Own transport
• Efficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Exel, Outlook, Publisher)
• Good telephone manner
• Presentable
• Ability to speak a foreign language beneficial but not essential
• Previous experience in the real estate industry beneficial but not essential
• A solid understanding of invoicing, VAT and Trust Accounts

Your duties will include (but not limited to)
• Diary management
• Invoicing and VAT
• Office Support (Petty Cash/ Ordering/Minutes/Duty Rosters etc)
• Support to the agents
• Switchboard
• Loading stock onto backend and amendments
• Opening and closing the office
Office Hours :
Mon – Fri 08:30 – 16:30
Saturdays : 09:00 – 12:30
Salary R7000.00 pm
