Are you a Secretary / PA looking for contract work or perhaps an experienced Administrator with relevant experience?
If so, we have an Epping based client seeking a PA to assist their MD as from mid-June – a 5 month contract to cover maternity leave.
Contract salary - R12K mth
Role to cover all general PA and administrative functions.
To be considered you have:
• Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite -Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Good Administrative skills
• Previous office environment experience
• Attention to detail
• Good people skills
• Flexible and forward thinking, with the ability to use your initiative and be proactive
• Have a sense of responsibility, a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise
All general PA functions such as:
Compiling, typing and following up of correspondence, running of CEO diary, organising meetings, screening calls, taking minutes of meeting, accommodation and travel arrangements, filing (company and MD’s personal filing), ensuring that all daily company documents requiring the MD’s attention, signature are dealt with timeously and returned to the relevant managers / departments and typing, compiling quotations for tenders.
