Looking for a Payroll Administrator to manage, direct, control and process the company’s payroll and all other payroll related duties.

To co-ordinate and manage the entire payroll function
To administer claims & leave in ESS
Assist with payroll capturing if required
Ensure staff & managers are aware of payroll deadlines
Upload payslips onto ESS
Liaise with HR regarding staff appointments, terminations, remuneration, staff moves & other relevant matters
Liaise with management & staff regards any payroll related queries
Ensure salaries are signed off & setup by 24th of the month
Monitor all staff leave and sick leave.
Prepare & submit the monthly PAYE, SDL & UIF payments to SARS
Declare & submit the UIF declarations to the department of labor
Administer & prepare the monthly payroll payments
Preparation of ad-hoc reports as required
Prepare & reconcile the salary related general ledger accounts
Prepare & submit the bi-annual & annual IRP5’s
Ensure payroll administrator co-ordinates , processes & files all workman’s compensation claims
Maintain the VIP & ESS databases
Maintain employee confidence & protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential

Must be proficient on VIP and ESS
Must have certifications on VIP
Minimum 5 years
Must have knowledge on report writing on VIP
Accpac knowledge is a must
Advanced MS Excel
