Recruitwell requires a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to Head-up a Pharmaceutical Division , report into the CEO

KPI -Must be able to build and develop and Lead a High performance Team .

Ideal candidate should be :

• -Entrepreneurial and Networker
• Come from typical agency environment or Search firm
• Have strong new business skills , excellent people and Leadership skills
• Previously in a Senior /Management role
• Advantageous –Pharma or Health care experience
• Work independently and sales driven
• Achieve Targets

Basic plus commissions , and share options should Division , achieve Sales Target and Budget
