Duties:
· Administer and maintain supplier allocations in Tourplan
· Manage allocations system
· Load and update products and services onto relevant database
· Automate data loading and usage where possible
· Ensure that client and production deadlines are met
· Support users with database and allocations queries
· Provide database and allocations training to all users

Minimum Requirements:
· Previous database administration experience is essential
· Excellent attention to detail
· Tourplan & tourism background an advantage
· Organized and able to multi task
· Good relationship building skills
· Good knowledge of MS Office applications
