We are currently looking for a Production and Maintenance Manager based in Vanderbijlpark.The Successful candidate should  have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a Production / Maintenance environment of a manufacturing entity.
? 4/5 years’ experience in a management capacity.
? Computer Literacy – working with an integrated ERP system (LN preferred) and also
working on - MS Office (Word, Excel, PP, MS Project, )
? Managing Processes and Process Improvement
? Sound knowledge of MEIBC Main agreement, BCEA and labour relations act.
? Good understanding of the OHS Act.
? Knowledge of Corporate governance principles applicable to the procurement
processes.
? Tracking and reducing manufacturing waste using OPEX initiatives.
? Strategic planning

EDUCATION
? Engineering Degree (preferably in mechanical engineering, or electrical)
? Government Certificate of Competency (Factories) (GCC)
? Advanced Management Qualification
? Productivity Certificate or Diploma
? Experience in Lean manufacturing
