A large national concern is seeking a PRODUCTION FOREMAN – position based in the outskirts of Pietermaritzburg.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 (Std 10).
Computer literate.
Diploma in Production Management a strong advantage.
GMR’s qualification.
Code 08 driver’s license.
3-5yrs in a senior supervisory / foreman role in a manufacturing environment.
Person will be required to work with minimal supervision, use of initiative and excellent planning abilities and have the ability to work under pressure.
Person must have good leadership and organisational skills.
Oversee and manage the production process on a daily basis.
Ensure that all company requirements in human resouces, quality, safety, risk, environment, administration and operations are met within the production environment.
