The successful incumbent will hold a Production Management qualification and have at least 5 years manufacturing experience.
Position details:

Job Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• At least 5 years’ manufacturing experience in the field of automotive components, with fibre glass being an advantage.
• Production Management qualification.
• Extensive knowledge of paint and abrasives
• Must be highly computer literate
• Ability to work with interruptions
• Proven track record in meeting production & project deadlines
• Strong analytical & problem solving capabilities
• Highly assertive (not aggressive)
• Strong conflict resolution skills
