PRODUCTION PLANT MANAGER – NELSPRUIT:
To strategically manage the Industrial operational functions of 2 manufacturing plants in accordance with approved budgets, market forecasts, quality and cost requirements. Command industrial in the plants, designing the operations strategy and plan and planning and co-ordinating resources and production, in accordance to the Management, guidelines and principles, ISO norms and the department & budget, in order to ensure quality standards, deadlines and control costs, guaranteeing the fulfilment of clients and expectations.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Minimum 10-15 Years’ experience in as Production Plant Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering (NQF 6/7)
• Management Diploma
MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Experience in managing Engineering Manager, Production Managers, Quality Manager, Environmental Manager, Procurement Manager and HR Officer
