Production Shift Supervisor, Food Production, Tokai

Well established company is looking for a Production Shift Supervisor to work 1 week Day shift and then 1 week night shift rotation basis. Must have Food Production experience.

Salary: Basic salary + night shift allowance + Pension
Working hours / shifts: Monday – Friday (Day shift) 07H30am – 16H30
Monday – Thursday (Night Shift) 18H00 – 06H00am
One week is day shift and one week night shift rotational

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric, with a Tertiary qualification will be advantageous
• 3-4 years ‘working experience in a food factory in a Supervisory role
• Working knowledge of GMP’s and HACCP
• Working knowledge and understanding of food production
• Must have own Car / Driver’s License.

Key Duties:
• Overseeing the Production line and process efficiency to ensure production goals are met
• Supervision of staff
• Staff Performance Monitoring
• General Maintenance (Facility and equipment)
• Ensuring company policies (HACCP, Health & Safety) and procedures are adhered to
• Supervising the Quality of products / work
