Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervise staff and control production process on a shift basis to achieve laid down goals.
• Monitor and control plant parameters to ensure production output and quality standards are met.
• Ensure compliance to operating procedures and safety requirements.
• Maintain production in the vent of engineering breakdowns.
• Investigate and resolve process, equipment and quality problems as quickly as possible.
• Product testing and Quality control.
• Prepare and publish daily production reports.
• Ensure that housekeeping is performed to the required level.
• Must be willing to work shifts.
Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 or NQF 3 with Mathematics and Science.
• Minimum of 5 years in Chemical production environment.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Must be computer literate on MS Word and Excel.
