Undertake Quality Control (QC) to ensure that products manufactured meet with Company quality standards and specifications,

? Seeking approval of finished products within company standards and specifications,

? Ability to record and communicate system problems to the Laboratory Manager,

? Keep abreast of new technology options within the group and interact with current and new suppliers,

? Prepare special samples in line with requests from sales and marketing,

? Assist the factory when requested to do so, supervise trial batches when necessary,

? Undertake Nestle projects and upon completion do a Lab Test Report,

? Ensure reports are completed and circulated to relevant personnel,

? Develop, improve, or customize products, equipment, formulas, processes, or analytical methods,

? Formulated special colours based on marketing requirements,

? Maintain laboratory instruments to ensure proper working order and troubleshoot malfunctions when needed,

? Provide training material (final products) for internal and external customers,

? Provide technical support to internal staff and external customers,

? Develop, improve, and customize products, equipment, formulas, processes, and analytical methods.

? Handle customer queries and complaints and coordinate solutions,

? Ensure that good house-keeping is practiced at all times,

? Prepared to work overtime as and when required, and

? Any other reasonable duties as may be required from time to time.
