The above-mentioned vacancy exists in the Personnel department of our blue chip company and will be reporting to the Personnel & Remuneration Manager, based in Linbro Park. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Grade 12 (Std. 10) or equivalent academic qualification
- Min 3 years of project related experience preferably with personnel and time and attendance systems with strong IT background

JOB OUTPUTS
- Plan, spec, implement and test implementation of new contracts/roll outs.
- Oversee the day-to-day operational aspects and processes of the T K project and scope. This includes but is not limited to:

Polling
Data transfer between TK and Unique
Data Transfer between CW Bio and TK
Weekly summary and export files
- Prepare budget and ensure proper day to day project financial controls
- Ensure correct compilation of daily and weekly T & A reports within specified time frames and prepare project status reports.
- Oversee and ensure the timeous compilation and updating of the Project Execution Plan by the business process owners within the relevant
Departments.
- Prepare Quality Assurance procedures and ensure regular reviews.
- Liaise with service providers regarding the customization, testing and acceptance of all hardware and software programs.
- Oversee and ensure the correct implementation of related business processes by the relevant business process owners within the IT, HR
and Personnel / payroll Departments.
- Coordinate and arrange for scheduled as well as ad hoc project meetings.
- Supervise and take a leading role with regard to all staff directly associated with the T & A Project.
- Handle Ad hoc tasks as might be allocated in discussion with manager and implementation team.
