Project Manager MMC Monitoring and Evaluation

A Healthcare Company who is passionate about providing Clinical Care to HIV positive adults, children and adolescents is currently looking for a dynamic and driven Project Manager MMC (Monitoring and Evaluation) based in Durban, KZN.

The position will be responsible for the development and management of the MMC programme’s monitoring and evaluation programme. The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of monitoring and evaluation including implementation plans, overseeing staff, data quality, drafting and updating M&E plans, reviewing data, support for external assessments and audits, reporting and operations research.

This position will also provide logistics and planning support to the clinical teams and oversee the mobilization strategy for the programme. The incumbent will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders and support capacity building activities for data management and M&E for the DOH and internal staff

Education, Training and Experience
• Relevant Degree or diploma
• Excellent communication and supervisory skills
• Ability to handle a varied, busy and pressurized work load.
• Drivers licence and own transport; willingness to travel
• 4 years’ experience in M&E/Research/Public Health
• Previous management, training and mentoring of staff.
• Data management & analysis software
• M&E training
