Responsible to manage the execution of customer orders from inception to completion while adhering to project time limitations and project budgets and ensuring the quality of the solution sold to the customer.

Key Performance areas
• Planning: Plan all resources required to complete the project.
• Scheduling: Estimate time required to by each resources.
• Budgeting: Draw up and confirm project budget according to quoted costs.
• Liaison: Liaise with client’s internal partners and all other stakeholders.
• Controlling: Manage and control the execution of the project by the project team.
• Stakeholder management: Identify all the stakeholders. Finalise plan and het buy-in and commitment from stakeholders by signing off by the start of the project.
• Feedback and Review: Hold regular review team meetings to monitor progress and address delays.
• Organising and managing: Organise and manage the execution of the project, arranging and organising as required.
• Interface management: Manage all interfaces between the company and client as well as internal interfaces
• Information management: Responsible for ensuring project specific information requirements by all stakeholders are adequately addressed.
• Post-delivery responsibilities: Confirming the installation are according to the customer’s requirements. Ensuring feedback from the client is communicated to relevant stakeholders. Coordinating the solving of all snags. Confirming costing.

Qualification and experience
• Minimum qualification: Tertiary technical qualification, preferably engineering.
• Minimum experience: At least 8 years’ experience, preferably in a custom build machine design/building engineering and manufacturing environment. Project management experience preferred.
