Procure new business as per the Sales strategy when not assigned to a specific event.
Relay potential sales leads to the IVTM SCC Sales Manager.
Develop and maintain sound business relations with clients in conjunction with Sales.
Effectively manage the client’s needs and wishes.
Oversee the load-in and set up of equipment, ensuring that technical personnel are fully briefed and that the project tracks the planned schedule.
Provide on-site management support for the client, serving as the primary contact between client and IVTM & Gearhouse technical personnel.
Co-ordinate and support personnel from all disciplines onsite, ensuring adherence to IVTM & Gearhouse SA codes of conduct, dress codes, customer service levels and health and safety standards.
Communicate regularly with technical staff and/or Management regarding progress and resolve changes, performance problems, conflicts or issues impeding progress.
Perform a quality control function throughout the project.
Organise all necessary site requirements such as crew passes, catering, electrician, storage facilities, etc.
Organise and oversee the load-out ensuring that it takes place safely and efficiently as scheduled and that the venue is left in good condition.
Complete and submit the IVTM & Gearhouse SA Job Report Form on completion of each assigned job.
Conduct a follow-up with the client after the event.
Provide client feedback to Sales and management regarding client relationships or event specific issues.
