Requirements:

-Preferably no older than 45 years of age

-Grade 12

-5 Years' Properties Experience

-5 Years' in Properties role

-Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office,Excel, Outlook)

-Excellent communication and people skills

-Excellent Administration skills

-Excellent negotiating skills

-Knowledge of Company policies, procedures and legislation



Experience Required:

-New stores and development

-Renewals

-Administration

-Effective Teamwork and self-management
