A dynamic Non-Profit Organisation that is committed to rural development to food and craft enterprise development is currently looking to employ a dynamic, driven and passionate Provincial Manager: Kwazulu Natal, Empangeni.

The Provincial Manager will operate but no limited to Kwazulu Natal and Mpumalanga.

Education, Training, Skills and Experience
• Appropriate Qualification
• Min of 5 Years’ experience
• Speak, Read and Write English
• Driver’s License
• Conflict Resolution ability
• Good Team and People Management
• Provide on-site support and guidance to field team

Key performance areas

• Project Management
• Management of a staff complement of 10
• Ensure that all aspects of the policy of the Trust are adhered to
• Ensure correct and timeous implementation and reporting from field staff
• Oversee all Trust assets
• Communicate effectively with Head Office
• Plan overall delivery of programmes
• Ensure Programme activities are in line with project plans
• Develop forms and records to document programme activities
• Oversee collection and maintained records
• Provide on-site support and guidance to field team
• Monitor and evaluate projects
