Our client, a company with a growing team and looking for a talented, hardworking and diligent Psychometrist to facilitate the administration of their assessment solutions as well as compiling and presenting professional and value added reports for clients.

Minimum requirements:
HSCSA Registered under independent practice
4 Years experience as a practicing psychometrist (recent)
Honours or Equivalent in Practical Psychometry
Honours degree in Industrial Psychology/Psychology beneficial as well as a one year internship in a corporate and/or private work at a service and/or solution based company
Valid South African Drivers Licence
Expert knowledge of MS Office – advanced Excel
Must have a 100% clear credit record
Job hoppers will not be considered – 2 years or more on average of employment will be considered.
Preference is given to South African citizens for this position

Duties:
Assessment Administration & Account Management for all clients
Customer Assessment Training & Feedback
Data Collection for SA Norms with continuous development to meet HPCSA standards
Internal training for sales teams on Assessments
Support sales teams in-field with product and subject matter expertise
Attending to internal Assessment needs relating to Recruitment
Ability to prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and to give presentations to Clients
Actively engage in research and development of products and assessment offerings
Assistance with HR function in terms of preparation of Role Profiles
